AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING PERSON OR PERSONS OWNING OR HAVING CARABAOS, COWS AND OR HORSES TO REPORT TO THE OFFICE OF THE MUNICIPAL TREASURER ON OR BEFORE January 31, 1960, AND EVERY JANUARY OF EACH YEAR AND TO PROVIDE PENALTY THEREOF.
Be it ordained by the Municipal Council of Catarman Camiguin Subprovince, misamis Oriental, that:
Section 1
That is shall be the duty of any person or persons living within this Municipality coming or having carabaos, cows, and/or horses to report to the Office of the Municipal Treasurer the number of carabaos, cows and/or horses they have beginning January, 1961.
Section 2
That it shall be the duty of any person or persons living within this Municipality owning or having carabaos, cows, and/or horses to report to the Office of the Municipal Treasurer the number of carabaos, cows, and/or horses every January of each succeeding year.
Section 3
That any person or persons living within this Municipality owning or having carabaos, cows, and/or horses shall fail to report the number of their carabaos, cows, and horses on or before January 31, 1961, shall be fined of not less than Ten Pesos (P10.00) and not more than Fifty Pesos (P50.00), or with an imprisonment of not less than Five (5) days, and not more than Twenty (20) days, or both fine and imprisonment upon the discretion of the court.
Section 4
That any person or persons living within this Municipality owning or having carabaos, cows, and/or horses shall be fined Five Pesos (P5.00) per head hidden.
Section 5
Any ordinance whose provisions are inconsistent with any provisions of this ordinance is hereby repealed.
Section 6
This Ordinance shall take effect on December 1, 1960.
