AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING IN EVERY BARRIO OR SITIO, THIS MUNICIPALITY, PLACE TO SLAUGHTER OF LARGE CATTLE, AS CARABAO, HORSE, ASS AND BOVINE ET CETERA, PIG, BOAT, SHEEP, ET CETERA, FOR PUBLIC CONSUMPTION, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

Section 1

That there is determinate place in every barrio or Sitio, this Municipality a place to slaughter large cattle, as carabao, horse, ass and bovine, et cetera, pig, goat, sheep, et cetera, for public consumption, and for other purposes, to wit:

1.     For the Poblacion, in the Slaughter House adjoining the Public Market.

2.     For Tangaro, near the residence of Mr. Melanio Bitas.

3.     For Alga near the residence of Mr. Zoilo E. Jacot.

4.     For Compol, near the residence of Mr. Gualberto Javier.

5.     For Mainit, is the Slaughter House adjoining the Mainit Market

6.     For Panghiawan, near the residence of Councilor Elias Pagute.

7.     For Lawigan, near the residence of Ex-councilor Pablo Agbu.

8.     For Bura, is the Slaughter House adjoining the Bura Market.

9.     For Catibac, near the residence of Mr. Amando Jacot.

10.  For Bonbon, near the residence of Councilor Feleciano Lague.

11.  For Kilambon, near the residence of Mr. Crisostomo Manghano.

12.  For Liloan, near the residence of Barrio Lt. Pascual Maglunsod.

Section 2

Any person of persons caught slaughtering any of the animals enumerated is Sec. 1 of this ordinance and outside the designated place or places shall be fined not less than P5.00, nor more than P20.00 or an imprisonment of not less than two days and not more than ten days, or both at the desertion of the Court.

Section 3

Any Ordinance of parts thereof which is inconsistent to this Ordinance is hereby repealed.

Section 4

This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
