AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING ANY PERSON OR PERSONS TO PASTURE ANIMAL OR ANIMALS IN ANY PUBLIC PLAZA, SUCH AS THE MUNICIPAL PLAZA, BARRIO PLAZA AND SCHOOL PLAZA WITHIN THIS MUNICIPALITY AND TO PROVIDE PENALTY THEREOF.
Section 1
It is unlawful for any person or persons to pasture his/her/their animal or animals such as Carabao or Carabaos, cow or cattle, horse or horses, goat or goats, sheep or sheep, and pig or pigs in any plaza, such as the municipal plaza, barrio plaza and school plaza within this municipality.
Section 2
Any person or persons found violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined in the amount or ten pesos per head of animals pastured.
Section 3
If the fine cannot be paid, the animal or animals in the municipal pound, upon proper notice shall be sold to public auction after twenty days from the promulgation of the sentence by the court, the fine shall be deducted from the total sale of the animal or animals and the difference shall be given to the owner of animal or animals if there be any.
Section 4
Any ordinance whose provision is inconsistent with the provision of this ordinance is hereby repealed.
Section 5
This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
