AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING ALL PASSENGER CARS TO FOLLOW THE ROUTE OF TRAVEL UPON ENTERING AND UPON LEAVING THE POBLACION OF CATARMAN, CAMIGUIN.
SECTION 1
All passengers cars entering the Poblacion of Catarman, Camiguin, from Mambajao via Sagay, shall pass from the National Highway to Basmayor Street toward the Mindanao Sea, to General Juan Luna Street, to Patricio Basa Street, then to the National Highway toward the Public market.
SECTION 2
All passenger cars leaving the Poblacion of Catarman, Camiguin, going to Mambajao via Sagay, shall pass from the National Highway to Patricio Basa Street toward the Roman Catholic Church, then to the bus Terminal and shall have ten minutes stop, then to Basmayor Street toward the National Highway, to the National Highway going to Sagay.
SECTION 3
All passenger cars leaving Catarman going to Mambajao via Vulcan, shall pass the National Highway to Patricio Basa Street toward the Roman Catholic Church then to the terminal and shall have ten minutes stop, then to Basmayor Street toward the Mindanao Sea, to General Juan Luna Street, to Patricio Basa Street to the National Highway, then the National Highway toward Bonbon.
SECTION 4
PENALTY: Any driver found violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined in the amount of twenty pesos of imprisonment of not more than ten days and not less than five days at the discretion of the court.
SECTION 5
Any ordinance whose provisions are inconsistent with the provision of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 6
EFFECTIVITY: This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
