AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITION ANY PERSON OR PERSONS, CORPORATION OR ASSOCIATION, TO KEEP AN ANIMALS IN THE SLAUGHTER HOUSE MORE THAN FOUR DAYS AND PROHIBITING ANY PERSON OR PERSONS, CORPORATION OR ASSOCIATION WHO SHALL SLAUGHTER AN ANIMAL OR ANIMALS IN THE SLAUGHTER HOUSE TO CLEAN THE INTESTINES OF THE SLAUGHTERED ANIMAL OR ANIMALS WITHIN THE PRESTINES OF THE SLAUGHTER HOUSE OR THE MARKET.
Be it ordained by the Municipal Council of Catarman, Camiguin, that:
SECTION 1
No person or persons, corporation of corporations shall place his/their animal or animals in the slaughter house for more than four days.
SECTION 2
The owner or owners of an animal or animals kept or placed in the slaughter house shall from day to day clean the place where his/their animal or animals is/are kept or place.
SECTION 3
Any person or persons, corporation or association who shall slaughter his/their animals or animals in the slaughter house shall not clean the intestine of the slaughtered animal or animals within the premises of the slaughter house or the market, but shall clean it elsewhere particularly in the sea beach.
SECTION 4
Anybody found violating any provision of this ordinance shall be fined in the amount of ten pesos and or imprisonment of three days at the discretion of the court.
SECTION 5
This ordinance shall take effect on December 1, 1970.
