AN ORDINANCE KNOWN AS BURIAL FEE TO MUNICIPAL CEMETERIES, OF ONE PESO PER PERSON BURIED.
Be it ordained by the Municipal council of Catarman, Camiguin that:
SECTION 1
That there shall be a burial fee of one peso per person to be buried in the municipal cemetery.
SECTION 2
That the payment shall be given to the municipal treasurer or to his authorizes representatives who shall issue a receipt for the payment made.
SECTION 3
That the payment shall be made any time before the burial of the dead takes place and such receipt shall be shown to the care taker of the municipal cemetery.
SECTION 4
Any person or persons who owns the dead shall not comply with the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined in the amount of five pesos or imprisonment of two days, at the discretion of the court.
SECTION 5
This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon approval.
