AN ORDINANCE CALLED DAILY CASH TICKETS COLLECTION TO SARI-SARI AND DRY-GOODS STORE WITHIN THE PUBLIC MARKET.
Be it ordained by the Municipal Council of Catarman, Camiguin, that:
SECTION 1
That the daily collection of cash tickets to all sari-sari and dry goods-store within the public market shall be seventy centavos.
SECTION 2
That any owner of a sari-sari and dry goods store within the public market who shall not comply with the provision of Section 1 of this Ordinance shall be a sufficient ground for the cancellation of his/her permit to continue operate his/her business within the public market.
SECTION 3
That this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon approval.
