AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING THE ASPHALTED PORTION OF MUNICIPAL PLAZA AT THE POBLACION AS BUS TERMINAL FOR ALL PASSENGER CARS AND LEVYING AN AMOUNT OF TWENTY FIVE CENTAVOS AS TERMINAL FEE.
SECTION 1
The asphalted portion of the municipal plaza at the Poblacion is designated as the bus terminal for all passenger cars that shall have ten minutes stop before leaving the Poblacion going to Mambajao via Sagay or via Bonbon.
SECTION 2
All passenger cars, such as AC., PUB., PUG., PU., before going out the municipality of Catarman, province of Camiguin, shall have ten minutes stop at the Bus terminal and shall pay the amount of twenty five centavos at the check point.
SECTION 3
Driver or drivers found violating the provision of this ordinance shall be fined in the amount of ten pesos or imprisonment of four days at the discretion of the court.
SECTION 4
The ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
