AN ORDINANCE AMENDING MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 13, SERIES OF 1960 KNOWN AS CURFEW HOUR.
Be it ordained by the Municipal Council of Catarman, Camiguin, that:
SECTION 1
No person or persons, male and female under twenty-one years of age is/are permitted or allowed to roam around, or go around, or loiter around the town after nine o’clock at night except for emergency or important errand.
SECTION 2
Person or persons, male and female found violating the provision of this ordinance shall be fined of not less than five pesos and not more than twenty five pesos and in case of insolvency, shall suffers an imprisonment of not less than two days and not more than five days.
SECTION 3
Any ordinance whose provisions are inconsistent with the provision of this ordinance is hereby repealed.
SECTION 4
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
