Section 1
It is prohibited to cut down trees, coconut trees or any tree for that matter within the jurisdiction of the Bureau of Forestry 200 meters’ radius from the spring;
Section 2
Any person caught cutting down trees within the area specified in Section 1 shall be fined not less than P200 and not more than P500 or an imprisonment of not less than one month and not more than six months.
Section 3
This ordinance shall take effect 15 days from its promulgation.
