1980 ORDINANCE NO. 8

AN ORDINANCE REQUISTING THE PRICE OF MEAT (PORK) P14.00 PER KILO TO P12.00 PER KILO AND TO PROVIDE PENALTY THEREOF.

BE IT ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan, Catarman, Camiguin,

Section 1

That any meat vendor/meat vendors shall first secure a permit from the Office of the Mayor before they will slaughter.

Section 2

That the selling price of meat (pork) shall be P12.00 per kilo;

Section 3

That any must vendor or meat vendors referred is in section 1 & 2 found violating the provisions hereof shall be subject to a fine of not less than P50.00 and not more than P500.00 or an imprisonment of not less than one month and not more than 6 months, or both at the discretion of the court.

Section 4

That any ordinance inconsistent with this Ordinance to hereby repealed.

Section 5

This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon approval.
