AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE MASS BUYING OR LIVESTOCK OUTSIDERS AND OTHERS CONCERNED BY REQUIRING THEM TO HAVE A LICENSE FROM THE MUNICIPALITY.
BE IT ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Catarman, Camiguin, the enactment or the following:
Section 1
It will be unlawful for any person to buy livestock within the municipality for transportation to the mainland for commercial purpose without first securing a license from the Office of the Municipal Mayor and paying the corresponding fees thereof at the Office of the Municipal Treasurer;
Section 2
Any person found violating this ordinance shall be subject to fine of not less than P50.00 nor more than P200.00, or imprisonment of not less than 20 days not more than 60 days, or both fine and imprisonment, at the discretion of the Court;
Section 3
Any ordinance in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance to repealed or modified accordingly;
Section 4
This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval;
