AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 15-S-1980 WITH RESPECT TO SERVICE FEE OF REGISTRATION OF LARGE CATTLE.
BE IT ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan sitting as a constituent body. The enactment of the following that:
Section 1
Section 2(b) of Ordinance no. 15-s-1980 is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 2 (b) “Service fees is the registration of large cattle shall be P7.00.”
Section 2
Any provision inconsistent with the foregoing is hereby repealed or modified accordingly.
Section 3
Effectivity. This ordinance shall take effect 15 days upon its approval.
