ANTI-VANDALISM AND ANTI-GRAZING ORDINANCE OF 1990.
Section 1
This ordinance shall be known as the Anti-Vandalism and Anti-Grazing Ordinance of 1990.
Section 2
It is unlawful to destroy, throw away, deface any serviceable public property.
Section 3
It is likewise unlawful to graze one’s animal in municipal streets or other public places, including the display of fighting cocks for any purpose.
Section 4
Penalty. Any violation of this ordinance shall subject this violator to an imprisonment of not less than one (1) month and not more than six (6) months or a fine of not less than Five Hundred (P500.00) Pesos and not more than One Thousand (P1,000.00) Pesos, or both, at the discretion of the Court.
Section 5
All previous ordinances, part or parts thereof, inconsistent with this ordinance are accordingly repealed.
Section 6
Effectivity. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
