AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING LARGE CATTLE OWNERS TO HAVE THEIR LARGE CATTLE BRANDED AT THE AGE OF ONE OR MORE YEARS.
Section 1
This ordinance shall be known as Large Cattle Ordinance for 1991.
Section 2
All large cattle owners are required to have their cattle branded, when the animal reaches the age of one year.
Section 3
Owners of large cattle whose animals are not branded, after reaching the age of one year, are considered to have violated this ordinance.
Section 4
Penalty. Anybody violating this ordinance shall be penalized with a fine of not less than Two Hundred (P200.00) pesos, but not more than Five Hundred (P500.00) pesos, or an imprisonment of not less than one (1) month, but not more than six (6) months, or both, at the discretion of the court.
Section 5
Repealing Clause. All ordinances of part/parts thereof inconsistent with the above ordinance are accordingly repealed.
Section 6
Effectivity. This ordinance shall take effect after its approval.
