Section 1
This ordinance shall be known as young coconut shell ordinance for 1991.
Section 2
All young coconut-shell dealers, before engaging in the young coconut shell business, should register with the Office of the Chief of Police and the Municipal Treasurer.
Section 3
Coconut shell dealers should list down all sellers of young coconut shells, and to furnish a copy of this list the Office of the Chief of Police, Office of the Mayor, at the end of every month.
Section 4
Penalty, Any violation of this ordinance shall subject the violator to a fine of not less than two (P200.00) pesos, but not more than five hundred (P500.00) pesos, or an imprisonment of not less than one (1) month, but not more than three (3) months, or both, at the discretion of the court.
Section 5
All ordinances or parts thereof inconsistent with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 6
This ordinance shall take effect after its approval.
