AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 7, SERIES OF 1993, ENTITLED: AN ORDINANCE PROTECTING COCONUT PRODUCERS FROM THIEVERY OF COCONUTS AND OTHER FELONIES, PARTICULARLY SECTION 3 HEREOF, INCREASING THE PERMIT FEE TO HARVEST FROM P5.00 TO P20.00.
BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Bayan, this municipality, in its regular session the following:
Section 1
This ordinance shall be known as Amendment of Ordinance No. 7, series of 1993, entitled: An ordinance protecting coconut producers from thievery of coconuts and other felonies, particularly Section 3 hereof, increasing the permit fee from P5.00 to P20.00.
Section 2
Section 3 of Ordinance No. 7, series of 1993 is hereby amended to be read as follows:
“THE BARANGAY IS HEREBY AUHTORIZED TO LEVY THE AMOUNT OF NOT MORE THAN TWENTY (P20.00) PESOS FOR EVERY PERMIT ISSUED WHICH SHALL SOLEY ACCRUE TO THE BARANGAY FUNDS”
Section 3
EFFECTIVITY CLAUSE. This ordinance shall take effect immediately.
