AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE POSITION OF MUNICIPAL ENGINEER, LOCAL CIVIL REGISTRAR AND THE MUNICIPAL ACCOUNTANT.
Section 1
There shall be created the positions of Municipal Engineer, the Local Civil Registrar and the Municipal Accountant.
Section 2
The salaries of the above officials shall be in accordance with the plantilla of personnel, duly approved by the Sangguniang Bayan, with the approval of the Municipal Mayor.
Section 3
These positions shall take effect on January 1, 1992.
Section 4
All ordinances or parts thereof, inconsistent with this ordinance are hereby repealed or rescinded.
Section 5
Effectivity. This ordinance shall take effect January 1, 1992.
