AN ORDINANCE CREATING PERMANENT POSITIONS IN THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF CATARMAN, CAMIGUIN, NAMELY: DRIVER II, OF THE OFFICE OF THE MUNICIPAL VICE MAYOR; BUDGET ASSISTANT, OF THE OFFICE OF THE MUNICIPAL BUDGET OFFICER; PLANNING ASSISTANT OF THE OFFICE OF THE MUNICIPAL PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR; AND ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT OF THE OFFICE OF THE LOCAL CIVIL REGISTRAR, RESPECTIVELY.
BE IT ENACTED by the Sangguniang Bayan, this municipality, in its regular session, the following:
Section 1
TITLE. This ordinance is known as “CREATION OF POSITIONS IN THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF CATARMAN, CAMIGUIN, FOR 2015.
Section 2
There is hereby created regular positions in the Local Government Unit of Catarman, Camiguin, to wit:
DRIVER II - OFFICE OF THE MUNICIPAL VICE MAYOR
BUDGET ASSISTANT - OFFICE OF THE MUNICIPAL BUDGET OFFICER
PLANNING ASSISTANT - OFFICE OF THE MUNICIPAL PLANNING AND
DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - OFFICE OF THE LOCAL CIVIL REGISTRAR
Section 3
The newly created positions are duly incorporated in the approved CY 2015 Annual Investment Plan and duly funded in the approved CY 2015 Annual Budget of this Local Government Unit.
Section 4
EFFECTIVITY CLAUSE. This ordinance shall take effect immediately.
