AN ORDINANCE FORTEEN/APPROPRIATION OF P14,000.00 FORTEEN PEACE AND ORDER FUND.
BE IT enacted by the Sangguniang Bayan of Catarman, Camiguin the passing of the following:
Section 1
Appropriating P14,000 for the Peace and Order Fund, itemized as follows:
P8,000.00 - Intelligence
P6,000.00 - Supplies/Mobilization
Section 2
The aforementioned amount shall be taken from the 20% Development Fund equal to the 30% as requested to the Provincial Peace and Order Council per the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution No. 01 Peace and Order and Resolution No. 6 series of 1985.
Section 3
Effectivity. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
