AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING P6,000.00 FROM THE SURPLUS ADJUSTMENT OR THE INFRA FUND, FOR SLAUGHTERHOUSE AND MAUNTENANCE OF PARKS AND PLAZAS.
Section 1
This ordinance shall be known as Appropriation Ordinance no. 1 for the Infra Fund.
Section 2
The amount of P6,000.00 is hereby appropriated for the following: P4,00.00 for the repair and improvement of the slaughterhouse; P2,000.00 for maintenance off plazas and parks.
Section 3
All other ordinances or parts thereof in contravention with this ordinance is hereby repealed or cancelled.
Section 4
This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
