AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OR P1,000.00 FOR PAYMENT OF LABOR, CONTRACT BASIS, FOR EMPTYING THE TANK OF THE COMFORT ROOMS OR THE CATARMAN PUBLIC MARKET AND TO DIG A FIT, OUT OF ANY FUNDS NOT APPROPRIATED.
Section 1
The amount of P1,000.00 for the comfort rooms of the public market is hereby appropriated, for payment of labor, contract basis, for the emptying of the tank of the comfort rooms, which is already overflowing with human waste.
Section 2
The laborer should construct a new pit, where the contents of the comfort rooms will be re-deposited.
Section 3
Any ordinance or parts thereof, inconsistent with this ordinance, is hereby amended, rescinded or repealed.
Section 4
Any violation of this ordinance shall subject the violator to an imprisonment of not more than 10 days or a fine of not more than P200.00, or both at the discretion of the court.
Section 5
This ordinance shall take effect immediately.
