AN ORDINANCE APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 1 OF THE GENERAL FUND FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1980
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN THAT:
Section 1
The total estimated income, in addition to the estimate found in the annual Budget for 1980 in the General Fund, is P141,736.00, which is broken down as follows; Reversion of appropriation, P42,337.72; realty tax, current tax, P50,000.00; realty tax, previous years, P13,368.28; realty tax penalties P4,000.00; water bill, P4,000.00; market fees, P2,000.00; miscellaneous receipts, P26,030.00.
Section 2
The total appropriation is P141,736.00, which is broken down as follows; Salary of the Vice Mayor, P12,110.00 per annum; salary of the 10 members of the Sangguniang Bayan, 104,300.00 per annum adjustment of the salary of the Municipal attorney, P2,520.00 per annum.
Section 3
The adjustment of the salary of the Municipal Attorney shall take effect on January 1, 1980.
Section 4
The salaries of the Vice Mayor and the 10 member of the Sangguniang Bayan shall take effect on March 3, 1980, the date the assumed office as such.
Section 5
Due to fiscal restraint, the Vice Mayor and the 10 members of the Sangguniang Bayan shall receive only 50% of their salaries, without prejudice to collecting and receiving the balance of 50% when funds are available as certified to by the Municipal Treasurer.
