AN ORDINANCE ENUNCIATING THE REMOVAL OF THE DILAPIDATED COTTAGE OR BAHAY KUBO ADJACENT TO THE POBLACION BARANGAY HALL IN THE MUNICIPAL PLAZA
BE IT ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Catarman, Camiguin, the enactment of the following: That
Section 1
The dilapidated cottage of bahay kubo in the municipal plaza adjacent to the Poblacion Barangay Hall is hereby ordered removed since it poses as an eyesore or a nuisance in the area;
Section 2
This ordinance shall take effect 15 days upon its approval.
