AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE DUMPING OF GARBAGE AND OTHER UNUSED MATERIALS IN ALL CREEKS AND CANALS WITHIN THIS MUNICIPALITY.
Section 1
This ordinance shall be known as anti-garbage dumping ordinance of 1990.
Section 2
Any person is prohibited to dump any garbage and other unused materials in any creek and canal in this municipality.
Section 3
Any person or persons violating this ordinance shall be fined of not less than Two Hundred (P200.00) Pesos and not more than Five Hundred (P500.00) Pesos, or an imprisonment of not less than one (1) month and not more than six (6) months, or both, at the discretion to the court.
Section 4
Any previous ordinances or part/parts thereof inconsistent with this ordinance are hereby repealed or rescinded.
Section 5
This ordinance shall take effect fifteen (15) days after approval.
