AN ORDINANCE IMPOSING ONE PESO REGISTRATION FEE OF ALL RADIOS OWNED AND USED BY ANY CITIZEN LIVING WITHIN THIS JURISDICTION AND TO PROVIDE PENALTY.
Be it ordained by the Municipal Council, that:
Section 1
Any person or persons who owns a radio of any trade mark living within this jurisdiction shall register it in the Office of the Municipal Treasurer beginning this October 1, 1960 and every January thereafter;
Section 2
That the clerk who shall register any radio should indicate specifically in the receipt the serial number, the number of tubes, the kind of batteries used, the number of batteries used and the model number;
Section 3
That the owner of a radio or radios registering it shall pay as registration fee in the amount of One Peso;
Section 4
That any person or persons who owns a radio or radios shall fail to register his or their radios beginning October 1, 1960, shall be fined in the amount of not less than Two Pesos and not more than five Pesos;
Section 5
This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
