    1960 ORDINANCE NO. 9

    BE ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF CATARMAN CAMIGUIN

    SUB PROVINCE MISAMIS ORIENTAL.


    Section 1

    This ordinance shall be called “AN ORDINANCE LEVYING LICENSE TO MERCHANTS OR DEALERS OR AGENTS SELLING RADIOS, TRANSISTORIZE RADIOS, TRANSISTORIZE RADIO PHONOS, AND ALL OTHER KIND OF RADIOS, AND SEWING MACHINES OF ALL KINDS OR TYPES.


    Section 2

    Any merchant, dealers, or agents selling radios, transistorize radios, transistorize radio Phonos, and all other radios, and sewing machines of all or any kind or types shall pay a Municipal license of P20.00 per quarter.


    Section 3

    Any merchant or dealer or agent sewing machines of any kind or type shall pay a Municipal license of P10.00 per quarter.


    Section 4

    Any merchant or dealer or agent found violating the provisions of this Ordinance shall Be fined of not less than P20.00 and not more than P50.00 or on imprisonment of not Less than 5 days and not more than 15 days or both upon the discretion of court.


    Section 5

    All ordinances and parts thereof inconsistent with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.


    Section 6

    This ordinance shall take effect beginning the 2nd quarter of 1960.
