AN ORDINANCE LEVYING TAX TO WHOLE SALE DEALERS OF WINE DOING BUSINESS WITHIN THIS MUNICIPALITY.
Section 1
It is unlawful for any whole sale dealers to wing to sell to any person or persons without paying to the Municipal Treasurer the Municipal License Fee in the amount of P37.50 a quarter.
Section 2
Any whole sale dealer of wine who shall violate the provision of Section 1 of this Ordinance shall be fined of not less than P50.00 and not more than P100.00 and/or with an imprisonment of not less than 20 days and not more than 30 days, or both fine and imprisonment, at the discretion of the court.
Section 3
This ordinance shall take effect immediately after its approval.
