AN ORDINANCE LEVYING A MUNICIPAL LICENSE FEE OF FIVE PESOS EVERY QUARTER TO ANY ICE-DROPS WITHIN THIS MUNICIPALITY AND WHOSE-ICE-DROPS FOR SALE IS MANUFACTURED OUTSIDE FROM THIS MUNICIPALITY.
Section 1
Any person or persons selling ice-drops within this municipality and whose ice-drops for sale is manufactured outside from this Municipality shall pay a municipal license fee of Five Pesos (P5.00) per quarter.
Section 2
Any person or persons selling ice-drops in violation of section 1 of this ordinance shall be fined of not less than Five Pesos (5.00), and not more than Ten Pesos (P10.00), or with an imprisonment of not less than one day (1) not more than Three days (3), or with upon the discretion of the court.
Section 3
This Ordinance shall take effect beginning the second quarter of 1961.
