AN ORDINANCE LEVYING A MUNICIPAL LICENSE FEE OF TWENTY PESOS FOR QUARTER ON ICE DROP FACTORY ESTABLISHED WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF THIS MUNICIPALITY AND TO PROVIDE PENALTY THEREOF.
Section 1
It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, corporation or association to establish ice drop factory and to start operate the sane without first securing permit from the Office of the Municipal Mayor.
Section 2
Any person or persons, corporation or association who shall establish ice crop factory within this jurisdiction and upon proper permit granted in accordance with section 1 of this ordinance shall pay the amount of Twenty Pesos as Municipal License fee every quarter.
Section 3
Any person or persons, corporation or association who shall established ice drop factory within this jurisdiction and upon compliance with the requirements under section 1 and 2 of this ordinance shall be required to observe and follows the provisions of Ordinance No. 26, Series of 1960 which will affect such factory.
Section 4
Person or persons, corporation or association who desires to establish ice drop factory within this jurisdiction and shall violate any of the provision of this ordinance shall be fined of not less than thirty pesos and not more than one hundred pesos, or imprisonment of not less than 10 days and not more than 25 days, or both upon the discretion of the court.
Section 5
Any ordinance that is inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance is hereby repealed.
Section 6
This ordinance shall take effect beginning this quarter, of 1961.
