AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3, KNOWN AS “AN ORDINANCE LEVYING TAX TO WHOLESALE DEALERS OF WINE DOING BUSINESS WITHIN THIS MUNICIPALITY."
Be it ordained by the Municipal Council of Catarman, Camiguin Subprovince, Misamis Oriental, that:
Section 1
It is unlawful for any wholesale dealer of wine to sell to any person or persons without paying to the Municipal Treasurer the Municipal License in the amount of One Hundred Fifty Pesos (P150.00) per year;
Section 2
Any wholesale dealer of wine who shall violate the provision of Section 1 of the Ordinance shall be fine of not less than P50.00 and not more than P100.00 and /or by an imprisonment of not less than 20 days and not more than 30 days, or both fine and imprisonment, at the discretion of the court.
Section 3
This Ordinance shall take effect immediately after the approval.
