AN ORDINANCE IMPOSING A QUARTERLY OR YEARLY TAX TO ANY PERSON OF PERSONS MANUFACTURING OF MAKING HOLLOW BLOCKS WITHIN THIS MUNICIPALITY.
Section 1
Any person or persons who manufacture of make hollow blocks in this municipality for commercial purposes shall pay a tax in the amount of Ten (P10.00) Pesos for every quarter or Forty (P40.00) Pesos for every year.
Section 2
PENALTY – Any person or persons found guilty of the provision of this Municipal Ordinance shall be penalized by a fine of not less than Twenty (P20.00) Pesos nor more than One Hundred Pesos (P100.00) or imprisonment of not less than Ten (10) days nor more than Thirty (30) days, or both fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the court.
Section 3
This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon approval.
