AN ORDINANCE LEVYING A LICENSE FEE OF TWELVE PESOS PER ANUM TO ANY PERSON OR PERSONS WHO DESIRES TO MAKE A CONNECTION OF WATER PIPES FROM THE MAINLINE TO HIS/THEIR HOUSE OR HOUSES FOR HIS/THEIR OWN USE.
Section 1
Any person or persons who desire to make connection from the mainline to his/their house or houses for his/their own use shall pay the amount of twelve pesos (12.00) per annum.
Section 2
That payment shall be made to the Barrio Treasurer, either or monthly, quarterly or yearly bases depending upon the option of the payee.
Section 3
That the money raise from the said water connection shall be absolutely used for the maintenance and or operation of the said water system.
Section 4
Any person or persons having connection of the water pipes from the mainline to his/their house or houses who shall fall to pay the herein Twelve Pesos per annum, shall be given fifteen days grace period to pay the same and upon his/their failure to pay shall lost connection from the mainline.
Section 5
That any person or persons whose connection shall be cut to failure to pay the TWELVE PESOS PER ANUM and shall desire to make new connection, shall first secure a permit from the Captain and upon payment of his/their back payments shall have new connection.
Section 6
That this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
