AN ORDINANCE LEVYING LICENSE FEE OF TWELVE PESOS ANNUALLY TO ANY PERSON OR PERSONS WHO SHALL ENGAGE IN BUSINESS IN THIS MUNICIPALITY WITH THE USE OF MOTOR CYCLE AS THE MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION.
Be it enacted by the Municipal Council of Catarman, Camiguin Philippines, that:
Section 1
Any person or persons who shall engage in business of any kind in this municipality with the use of motor cycle as the means of transportation shall pay a municipal license fee off twelve pesos annually and payment shall be made in the Office of the Municipal Treasurer.
Section 2
Any person or persons found violating this ordinance shall be fined of no more than fifty pesos, and no less than twenty pesos, or an imprisonment of no more than twenty days, and no less than ten days or both fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the court.
Section 3
Any ordinance the provisions of which are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 4
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
