Be it ordained by the Municipal Council of Catarman Camiguin that:
SECTION 1
Any person or persons who shall engage in selling fresh tuba shall pay the amount of thirty two pesos annually to the Office of the Municipal Treasurer.
SECTION 2
If the Tuba retailer or retailers desires to pay his/her license quarterly, he/she shall pay the amount of eight pesos per quarter.
SECTION 3
Any person or persons found selling fresh Tuba without any license shall be fined in the amount of ten pesos or imprisonment of not more than three days at the discretion of the court.
SECTION 4
All ordinances, or part thereof that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 5
This ordinance shall take effect immediately.
