AN ORDINANCE TO LEVY A LICENSE FEE OF TWENTY PESOS PER ANNUM TO ANY PERSON OR PERSONS WHO SHALL MAKE BUSINESS WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CATARMAN, PROVINCE OF CAMIGUIN, USING MOTORCYCLE.
Be enacted by the Municipal Council of Catarman, Camiguin, Philippines, that:
Section 1
Any person or persons who shall engage in peddling within the municipality of Catarman, province of Camiguin, shall pay the amount of twenty pesos per annum to be paid in the Office of the Municipal Treasurer on or before the 20th of January each year.
Section 2
Any person or persons found violating the provision of this ordinance shall be fined of not more than ten pesos and not less than five pesos, or an imprisonment of not more than four days and not less than two days, or both fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the court.
Section 3
Any ordinance whose provisions are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 4
That this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon approval.
