Be it ordained by the Municipal Council of Catarman, Camiguin, Philippines, that:
Section 1
Any person or persons who desire to secure a certified copy of his/her/their lot or lots based and traced on the cadastral map, shall pay three pesos per lot traced and certified.
Section 2
Any person or persons who desire to secure a certified copy his/her/their real property tax declaration or declarations, shall pay three pesos per tax declaration certified.
Section 3
Any person or persons who desire to secure a certified copy of his/her/their birth certificate, shall pay two pesos for the said certified copy.
Section 4
Any person or persons who desire to secure a certified copy of death certificate, shall pay two pesos for the said certified copy.
Section 5
Any person or persons who desire to secure a certified copy of a marriage contract, shall pay two pesos for the said certified copy.
Section 6
That this ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
