AN ORDINANCE CHARGING TWO PESOS AS CHARGER FEE TO ANY PERSON WHO MAY AVAIL THE USE OF THE ELECTRIC CHARGER IN THE ELECTRIC PLANT.
Be it ordained by the Municipal Council of Catarman, Camiguin, now assembled, that:
Section 1
Any person who may use the electric charger to charge his/her battery shall pay two pesos per night of charging.
Section 2
The operator of the electric light who may allow any person to charge his/her battery without collecting the charger fee, for the first offense be reprimanded by the Municipal Mayor and for the second offense shall be suspended not more than five days, and for the third offense shall be dismissed from service.
Section 3
That this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
