BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN IN SESSION ASSEMBLED:
Section 1
Amending section 4, of Ordinance no. 16 series of 1980 to be read as follows:
That any person or persons from the ages of 15 years and above before taking a bath at the Barangay Sto. Niño swimming pool shall be required to pay the amount of fifty centavos (P0.50) only.
Section 2
Children below fifteen (15) years of age shall not be required to pay any amount.
Section 3
That any section of the ordinance is conflict with the provisions stated above is hereby repealed and/or revoked.
Section 4
This ordinance shall take effect immediately.
