Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan in session assembled:
Section 1
A special Permit must first be secured from the office of the Municipal Mayor before any person is allowed to sell anything inside the premises of the cockpit in virtue of which the amount of P5.00 must be paid at the office of the Municipal Treasurer;
Section 2
PENAL PROVISION: Any person found violating the provision of this ordinance shall be subject to fine of P50.00 or imprisonment of not more than one month, or both, at the discretion of the Court;
