AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 9, S. 1980, RELATIVE TO FEES OF THE ELECTRIC LIGHTING SYSTEM.
Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan assembled as a constituent body the enactment of the following:
Section 1
Section 2 of Ordinance no. 9, s. 1980, is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 2 That payment of electric light connection for the first two (2) fluorescents shall be P17.00 each per month and for additional connections. P10.00 per fluorescents.”
Section 2
Any ordinance inconsistent with the foregoing is either repealed or modified accordingly;
