BE IT ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Catarman, Camiguin, the enactment of an ordinance enunciating the following:
Section 1
Waterworks installation by a person other than the municipal plumber is prohibited unless a permit is duly secured beforehand from the office of the Mayor;
Section 2
An amount of P5.00 shall be charged for the permit payable at the office of the Municipal Treasurer;
Section 3
The municipal plumber must be informed of such installation subject to his supervision;
Section 4
Violators shall be subject to fine of not less than P200.00 and/or imprisonment of not less than 30 days, at the Court’s discretion.
