AN ORDINANCE CHARGING A FEE OF P1.00 FOR EVERY TABLE USED AT STO. NIÑO SPRING RESORT, AMENDING SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 21, SERIES OF 1980
BE IT ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan in session assembled the enactment of the following: That
Section 1
A fee of P1.00 is required as table charge for every table used at Sto. Niño Spring Resort, with the exception of the big one which is provided by a roofing located at the southern portion of the pool;
Section 2
Section 2 of Ordinance no. 21 Series of 1980, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 2 – 4 bathing fee of P0.25 is due and collectible for every child 15 years old and below.”
Section 3
REPEALING CLAUSE: Any ordinance whose provision(s) is inconsistent with the foregoing is hereby repealed or modified accordingly;
Section 4
EFFECTIVITY. This takes effect 15 days upon approval.
