AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC. 2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1 SERIES OF 1980, OF THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OF CATARMAN, CAMIGUIN.

Section 1

Any person or persons, partnerships and corporations engage fishing industry such as Licum-licum and basing, fishing within the distance of three (3) nautical miles from the shoreline of the municipal waters of Catarman to the high sea, measured during low tide shall pay the amount of Six Hundred Pesos (P600.00) per annum.

Section 2

Any person or persons, partnerships and corporations referred to in Section 1 of this ordinance found violating the provisions thereof shall be subject of a fine of not less than Two Hundred Pesos (P200.00) but not more than Five Hundred Pesos (P500.00), or an imprisonment of not less than (10) days nor more than (1) month or both at the discretion of the court. In case of partnerships and corporations, their respective Managers shall.

Section 3

Any ordinance which is inconsistent with any of the provisions of this Ordinance is hereby repealed.

Section 4

This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
