AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING ANY PERSON TO STAND BY AT THE REELS OF THE ALMOST DELAPIDATED BRIDGE AT LOOC, THIS MUNICIPALITY.
BE IT ORDAINED by the SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OF Catarman, Camiguin, that:
Section 1
It is strictly prohibited for any person(s) to standby at the rills of the almost dilapidated bridge of Looc this municipality as the same act could endanger not only the passing people and vehicles but also to those who stands by.
Section 2
Any person(s) found violating this ordinance shall be subjected to a fine of not less than One Hundred Pesos but not more than Five Hundred Pesos or an imprisonment of not less than ten days but not more than one month or both fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the court.
Section 3
Any ordinance which is inconsistent of the above ordinance is hereby repealed.
Section 4
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
