AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING A PERMIT AND IMPOSING FEES AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES FOR DEALERS IN CRUDE OIL, GREASE AND OTHER FLUIDS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OF CATARMAN, CAMIGUIN that:
Art. I This ordinance shall be known as Crude oil, Grease and other Fluids Ordinance.
Art. II
Section 1. Any person contemplating to engage in the business of selling Crude oil, grease and other fluids should seek a permit from the Office of the Mayor.
Section 2. There shall be imposed an annual license fee of FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (P500.00) for any person engaging in the business stated in Section 1 above;
Art III. Penalty Any violation of any part of this ordinance shall subject the violator to a fine of not less than FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (P500.00), or an imprisonment of not more than six (6) months, or both, at the discretion of the court.
Art IV. Repealing clause. – Any ordinance or part thereof, not consistent with this ordinance, is hereby repealed accordingly.
Art. V. Effectivity. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
