AN ORDINANCE BANNING THE USE, PURCHASE, SELLING AND POSSESSION OF FIRECRACKERS, AND PYROTECHNICS.
Section 1
This ordinance shall be known as the anti firecrackers Ordinance of 1988.
Section 2
The purchasing, selling, possessing and exploding of any kind of firecrackers and pyrotechnics are prohibited in this municipality.
Section 3
Penalty. Any violation of this ordinance shall subject the violator to and imprisonment of ten (10) days, or a fine of Three Hundred (P300.00) pesos, or both, at the discretion of the court.
Section 4
All previous ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby amended, revoked, or repealed.
Section 5
Effectivity. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
