AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING TWO OR MORE BENEFIT DANCE IN ONE BARRIO, AT THIS SAME TIME, UNLESS THE TWO OR MORE BENEFIT DANCES AT ONE OR MORE KILOMETERS APART.
Section 1
This ordinance shall be known as the benefit dance ordinance of this municipality.
Section 2
Two or more benefit dances should not be allowed to be held in one barrio, at the same time, unless the benefit dances are one or more kilometers from each other.
Section 3
Penalty . Any violation of this Ordinance shall subject the violator to an imprisonment of not more than thirty (30) days or a fine of not more than Two Hundred Pesos (P200.00) or both, at the discretion of the Court.
Section 4
Effectivity. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
