An ordinance Increasing the Mayor’s Permit Fee and Transportation Fee of Livestock.
Section 1
The Mayor’s Permit shall be increased to twenty pesos (P20.00), instead of ten pesos (P10.00)
Section 2
The transportation Fee for every head of cattle shall be fifty pesos (P50.00).
Section 3
The transportation fee of every hog or goat shall be twenty pesos (P20.00).
Section 4
All previous ordinance or part/parts thereof, inconsistent with this Ordinance is hereby revoked or amended as the case may be.
Section 5
Penalty. Any person violating this Ordinance shall suffer an imprisonment of not less than one (1) month or more than one (1) year and a penalty of not less than three hundred pesos (P300.00) and not more than five hundred pesos (P500.00), or both, at the discretion of the court.
Section 6
Effectivity. This ordinance shall take effect immediately after its approval.
