AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING OWNERS OR HOUSE BUILT BEFORE 1978, TO REPORT THEIR HOUSES FOR TAXATION PURPOSE AND OTHER PURPOSES.
Section 1
This ordinance shall be known as certification fee ordinance for 1989.
Section 2
All houses, built before 1978 and all others not yet assessed, be submitted to the Municipal Assessor for tax declaration purposes.
Section 3
Any certification made, in relation thereto, should carry a fee of twenty (P20.00) pesos.
Section 4
Penalty. Any violation of this ordinance will subject the offender to an imprisonment of not more than twenty (20) days or not less than five (5) days, or a fine of not more than five hundred (P500.00) pesos or not less than one hundred (P100.00) pesos, or both, at the discretion of the court.
Section 5
All ordinances or part therefore, is contravention with this ordinance, are modified accordingly.
Section 6
Effectivity. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
